SICULIANA – Il gruppo di minoranza chiede la riduzione della Tarsu
Il Gruppo consiliare di minoranza del Comune di Siculiana, informa la cittadinanza che in data 2 Maggio c.a. ha richiesto al Presidente del Consiglio Comunale la convocazione del Consiglio per proporre la riduzione della TARSU e delle aliquote ICI per l’anno 2011, rispettivamente a Euro 1,61 al mq. e al 4 per mille.
Tale richiesta di convocazione è dovuta alla mancata adozione da parte della Giunta Municipale di proposte di diminuzione delle predette tariffe, prima dell’adozione dello schema di Bilancio di Previsione per l’esercizio finanziario 2011 approvato con deliberazione di G.M. n. 24 del 12/04/2011 e in conseguenza del provvedimento adottato dal Consiglio Comunale, con deliberazione n. 15 del 16/03/2011, con il quale, all’unanimità, è stato approvato il piano economico-finanziario di rimodulazione del servizio RSU, elaborato dal Comune e prodotto in data 06/09/2010 alla GESA AG2 di Agrigento; piano che ha ridotto i costi di circa il 50% rispetto all’anno precedente.
Nella stessa seduta di Consiglio, si dava inoltre mandato al Sindaco di notificare alla Società d’Ambito il suddetto piano e nel contempo di tutelare i cittadini con la nomina di un legale per contestare eventuali irregolarità della proroga del servizio a far data dal 17 Marzo 2011; tale nomina si rende indispensabile, alla luce dell’attuale confusione ed incertezza nella programmazione del servizio in questione, come si apprende con preoccupazione dalla stampa.
Per quanto riguarda l’ICI, il Gruppo consiliare propone l’applicazione dell’ aliquota unica del 4 per mille, non sussistendo le condizioni di mantenere la stessa al 7 per mille, in considerazione che tale aliquota massima è obbligatoria solo per i comuni che hanno dichiarato il dissesto finanziario.
Si evidenzia, inoltre, che con la diminuzione dell’ICI i servizi comunali indispensabili potranno essere regolarmente assicurati nel rispetto degli equilibri di bilancio.
